We stand behind the performance of our products with a 50 year customer satisfaction guarantee. If at any time you are not completely satisfied with the performance of your Arrowhead product, we will correct the problem or replace it.

Should your Arrowhead knives be damaged through misuse or abuse, we will replace the item for one half of the current retail price plus shipping/handling and tax.

If at any time within thirty (30) days after receipt of your Arrowhead product you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may receive a full refund of the purchase price by contacting Arrowhead Customer Service at the address below.

Engraved or monogrammed products cannot be returned under the Unconditional Money Back Guarantee. All other aspects of the Guaranty apply.

Lifetime Recondition Guaranty

WARRANTY: All Arrowhead serrated knives and straight-edged knives are covered by a 50-Year Lifetime Warranty and will remain sharp and beautiful for many years.

SHARPENING: Use the Arrowhead Dual Stainless Steel sharpener or Professional Sharpening Steel to touch up straight edged and serrated edged knives. DO NOT USE an electric knife sharpener as it will permanently damage your knives. DO NOT USE ceramic, marble, granite and plastic cutting boards will dull your knives.

FACTORY RECONDITIONING: After extended use they may need to be factory reconditioning, send them back to Arrowhead and we’ll put a factory-fresh edge on each knife, polish the blades, handles and rivets. Turnaround time is approximant 3 weeks.

COST: $17.50 for the first knife and $12.50 for each additional knife.

PACKAGING: To ensure the safety of everyone who handles your shipment, it is important the blades are well protected. Cover the entire blade and tip of the knife with cardboard.

- Place them in a cardboard box with extra packing material to keep them secure during shipping. DO NOT SHIP KNIVES IN PADDED ENVELOPES. 

- Enclose a return card and remember to include your name, address, phone number and e-mail address so we may contact you if necessary and promptly return your product.

INSURANCE: Arrowhead knives in good and resalable condition are sought after collectors’ items. Insure your package for its current retail value and save your receipt. Arrowhead is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
