In Asian countries such as Mongolia, China and South Korea red stands for progress, happiness, prosperity, and warmth. For us, the color red also symbolizes such concepts as spiciness, fire, heat, sensuality, love, and passion. Exactly the right ingredients that make top-class cooking possible in the first place.
The German made Red Spirit knives come with a nonslip handle that is perfectly balanced with the forged high alloy stainless steel blade providing excellent sharpness through the extremely thin edge.

Handling Your Knives
All F. DICK knives deserve special care and attention when it comes to maintenance. Never clean your knife in the dishwasher. Ideally, you should clean the knife immediately after use with clear water and then dry it with a soft cloth.
